Stiles Construction is a full-service commercial real estate firm (est. 1951) that develops, builds and manages office, industrial, retail, mixed‑use and residential projects across the Southeast. Faced with a time-consuming, manual process of exporting Procore and other system data into Excel/CSV files and Power BI—resulting in inconsistent, out‑of‑date dashboards—Stiles needed a way to streamline reporting and improve data reliability.

Stiles implemented Procore Analytics’ Data Extract to automatically feed Procore data into their existing Power BI environment and combine it with sources like Sage and SharePoint. The solution enabled ready‑made and custom dashboards with scheduled refreshes, giving leaders timely, accurate insights; improved stakeholder trust and transparency; and helped teams keep projects on schedule, under budget, and better manage risk.
