SHAPE Australia is a nearly 30-year-old fitout and refurbishment specialist delivering projects across every Australian state and territory. Having outgrown its decade-old, custom in-house PM system (Nova) and facing the complexity of 350–400 fast-turnaround projects a year, SHAPE needed a scalable, easily adoptable platform that fit both their processes and culture.
