Rabren General Contractors, an Auburn, AL–based builder founded in 2000, was struggling with inefficient project workflows: Vista/Viewpoint served as an accounting system but not a true project management tool, so teams relied on scattered Excel and Word templates and accounting staff manually re-keyed subcontracts and change orders into Viewpoint—creating bottlenecks and error risk.

RGC implemented Procore and used the Ryvit connector to sync Procore with Viewpoint, automating contracts, commitments, and change‑order workflows. The integration has synced over 700 contracts and 1,000 change orders, saved approximately 141 hours of manual entry, automated change‑order budget adjustments, and materially reduced the likelihood of budget‑wrecking mis-entries (about 10–17 errors avoided at a conservative 1% error rate).
