A Procore Case Study
Walsh Brothers, a family-owned Boston construction firm active since 1901 and known for complex health care, education, cultural, and research projects, struggled with inefficient coordination: specialty-trade clashes were tracked in spreadsheets and shared as CAD files, making distribution, accountability, and timely resolution difficult and prolonging coordination meetings.
By adopting Procore’s Coordination Issues tool they centralized clash management inside the 3D model, created searchable, one‑click visuals, automated notifications and RFIs, and used dashboards for transparency. The result: faster clash resolution (issues that once took 90 minutes are now resolved in minutes), coordination meetings cut in half, and clearer accountability across trades.
