KWA Construction, represented by Project Manager Julian Sontag, faced classic construction-management pain points: fragmented communication via email, Excel-based tracking, and a separate BIM 360 drawing system that made it hard to ensure field crews had current plans. These gaps led to rework on a Dallas project, cumbersome submittal routing, long RFI response times, and high printing costs.
After moving to Procore, KWA went largely paperless and put up-to-date plans and workflows on iPads and touchscreen plan tables. Using Procore’s Submittal, RFI, Commitments, Daily Log and Change Events tools cut RFI turnaround from ~3 weeks to 1–2, reduced printing and administrative overhead, improved reporting and contract visibility, and boosted superintendent confidence and overall productivity.
