FCP is a privately held real estate investment company managing about 39,000 multifamily units and 4.1 million square feet of office space across 16 states. Tasked in 2018 with overhauling cross‑portfolio CAPEX planning, execution, and tracking, the team faced disparate systems and manual reporting—each third‑party property manager ran its own Yardi instance—leaving FCP without a shared channel for real‑time, portfolio‑level visibility.

FCP partnered with Procore and used its proprietary HBX translator to unify the many manager “languages,” requiring third‑party managers and vendors to adopt the platform as a single hub for communication, tracking, and reporting. In under a year FCP had 965 projects on Procore, creating a single source of truth that improved spend attribution, alignment, and decision‑making, and delivered the transparency needed for better project prioritization and future budgeting.
