Facility Solutions Group (FSG), a multi-state full-service electrical subcontractor founded in 1986, needed a way to standardize document handling across about 20 branches and ensure materials weren’t released before approval. With geographically dispersed crews and varied technical backgrounds, FSG required a cloud-based, easy-to-deploy system that could consolidate records, enforce permissions, and support field access without local IT overhead.

Procore met those needs by standardizing procedures, consolidating branch data, and providing instant, mobile access with flexible permission templates. The platform’s Submittals, RFIs, Punch List, Photos, Drawings and Meeting Minutes tools—plus custom safety- and billing-related features—enabled FSG to mark billable items approved/unapproved/rejected, achieve rapid adoption across 200+ users with minimal training, reduce errors and unnecessary costs, and create consistent practices company-wide.
