Frampton Construction, following a 2015 rebrand, needed to replace a patchwork of tools (Viewpoint, SharePoint, Dropbox) that limited external access, created inconsistent workflows and frequent human errors, and caused project delays and cost risk.

They implemented Procore as a single, customizable platform, standardizing training, document storage, workflows and reporting (including a Risk Management Tracking Log). The change centralized drawings and specs, aligned subcontractors to Frampton’s processes, enabled custom reports, and delivered measurable benefits—zero overdue RFIs (23 closed), fewer errors and delays, and stronger risk mitigation and productivity.
