Cyberco, an application integration and business workflow automation firm, partnered with the construction management software vendor Procore to address a client's need. The challenge was to eliminate human error and create a cloud-based, zero-touch scheduling system that integrated seamlessly with the Procore platform, moving away from manual uploads from tools like Microsoft Project.

The solution was the development of the Smartsheet Sync integration, built using the Procore API. This tool automated scheduling data flow between Smartsheet and Procore. The results were significant, with the integration achieving close to 300 installs by early 2018 and paying for itself within months. For Procore clients, it provided a true cloud-based scheduling solution, eliminating double entry and increasing efficiency, while Cyberco established a profitable product and a strong partnership with Procore.
