Cyberco, an application integration and workflow automation firm, was approached by a Procore client that needed a cloud‑based, zero‑touch scheduling system to eliminate human error and avoid on‑premise scheduling software while integrating seamlessly with the Procore platform.

Cyberco built a Smartsheet‑based integration (Smartsheet Sync) using the Procore API, iterated from a beta into a stable v2 release in 2017, and achieved broad adoption (about 100 active companies and nearly 300 installs by January 2018). The sync removed double entry, automated scheduling workflows, improved project efficiency, attracted users from both Smartsheet and Procore, and reached payback and eventual profitability within the product’s early lifecycle.
