Calance Integration Group worked with a construction client to connect Sage Insurance with Procore’s project management platform. The challenge was to eliminate data silos and manual double entry across disparate systems while ensuring complex, often conflicting statewide and national insurance compliance requirements were met.

Using Calance’s Dimension framework and Procore’s Open API, the teams created a seamless, cloud-based integration that centralized insurance management, propagated project-level insurance to committed contracts, and removed redundant data entry. The result was faster development (thanks to Procore’s clear RESTful API), improved compliance and security, and freed resources to focus on strategic project deliverables.
