ECI Telecom, a global leader in optical network solutions operating in 27 countries, had completed a complex, multi‑country rollout of Oracle E‑Business Suite across more than 17 locations. After the rollout they needed to capture and structure ERP implementation knowledge for reuse (e.g., upgrades), improve process change management, and gain clear process visibility across the organization.

ProcessGene™ Suite (Multi‑Org Edition) provided a global business‑process baseline while allowing local process variations, and was applied across manufacturing, inventory, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, forecasting, trade management, advanced supply‑chain planning, payroll and financial reporting.
