Gadot Biochemical Industries (GBI) is a global manufacturer of ingredients and fine chemicals with production in Israel and China and sales operations in Europe and the U.S. While rolling out Oracle E‑Business Suite across multiple countries, GBI found that manual methods and ad‑hoc tools could not deliver the reuse, change control or end‑to‑end process visibility required for a successful global ERP implementation.
