Israel Defense Forces choose ProcessGene for generating a unified Business Process Model

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF), a large and complex organization with closely integrated ground, air and naval forces, needed to define and implement a unified enterprise software strategy while preserving the diverse requirements of each branch. The primary challenge was to create a single business process baseline to coordinate multiple ERP deployments (SAP, Oracle and others) and enable consistent decision‑making across the organization, with some project details remaining classified.

ProcessGene delivered a customized ProcessGene™ Suite to model and consolidate the IDF’s business processes, producing a unified business process model used to guide ERP implementations. The solution enabled quantitative gap analysis and cross‑organizational benchmarking, established common terminology and hierarchies, streamlined operations, and provided a flexible foundation for ERP rollouts, upgrades and a BI layer—helping the IDF make data‑driven ERP decisions.
