AGCO Corporation, a global leader in agricultural equipment, faced a technology gap on the manufacturing floor that limited rapid decision-making, transaction processing and real-time information access. Proceedix configured AGCO’s standard work instructions and operating management systems for hands‑free execution, enabling real-time training, quality‑gate issue trending and visual management pushed to users via beacons, trends and thresholds. By making execution mobile and paperless and planning ERP (SAP) integration, Proceedix has accelerated decision-making and transaction processing on the shop floor and enabled more automated, data-driven responses to production issues.
