proALPHA implemented its ERP system to fully integrate all of bredent's processes, from production to shipping. Key features included the Integration Workbench (INWB) for automated data exchange, specialized lot and document management for seamless traceability and audits, and a mobile sales portal that streamlined order entry. As a design partner, bredent also collaborated with proALPHA to co-develop new features like Handling Unit Management and a 3D Viewer. The results included automated, validated processes, a significant reduction in manual work and interfaces, and the ability to handle up to 1,200 daily shipments efficiently, securing the company's competitive edge.
