Elders, one of Australia’s leading agribusiness brands, needed a better way to manage supplier and retailer transparency across its supply chain. The company was struggling with manual double entry, delayed data entry, and limited real-time visibility in its existing POS and inventory processes, which created errors, extra labor costs, and frustration for both Elders and its suppliers.

Proagrica implemented its customised Agriculture Inventory Management System (AIMS), including AIMS Buyer Integration (ABI), to integrate with Elders’ POS and centralize stock movement and inventory data. The solution eliminated repetitive data entry, improved tracking of consignment stock and daily sales, and automated the identification of unsold products, resulting in more accurate, efficient, and timely reporting while reducing human error and the commercial impact of delayed data entry.
