Impact Fertilisers, an Australian fertiliser supplier and subsidiary of Ameropa Group, needed a better way to support customer ordering and internal operations. Their previous attempt at an online ordering portal had failed because of SAP integration difficulties and the complexity of order-to-cash processes in the fertiliser industry. They turned to Proagrica and its agribusiness network, including the Bluey e-commerce portal, to find a proven, industry-aware solution.
Proagrica delivered Bluey as an evolving online portal for Impact Fertilisers, with SAP price synchronisation, improved booking and availability selection, contract flexibility, and self-service user administration for dealers and internal teams. The result was reduced processing errors and administration, better delivery visibility, and a stronger competitive position by meeting customers’ 24/7 ordering needs. Impact also lowered total investment by building on Proagrica’s existing stable framework, though no specific numeric savings were disclosed.
