SWEP, a global manufacturer of brazed plate heat exchangers, needed a disaster recovery solution that met its strict availability requirements for business-critical applications. Proact implemented a tailored Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and Backup as a Service (BaaS) solution. This included using the Proact Hybrid Cloud to provide temporary data center capacity. The outcome was a disaster recovery plan optimized for SWEP's specific business needs, which reduced the workload on internal staff and provided a predictable operational expenditure cost model.
