VINCI Construction UK, part of the global VINCI group, needed to standardise and improve Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management across its regional teams while fully leveraging its Microsoft Office and SharePoint 2013 infrastructure. To meet regulatory and operational requirements and drive user adoption, VINCI chose Pro‑Sapien to deliver an EHS and Quality solution built on Microsoft technologies.

Pro‑Sapien implemented a SharePoint‑based HSEQ portal with a central data warehouse, Active Directory‑driven audience views, customised dashboards/reports and browser‑based Mobile Forms accessed via QR codes. Rolled out across all VINCI Construction UK divisions in 2014 and recognised with a Special Jury Prize, the solution enabled immediate officer intervention, helped identify recurring hazards, improved environmental reporting, reduced bureaucracy for users and facilitated the recording of roughly ten incidents per week, boosting compliance visibility and operational responsiveness.
