Archroma's Journey to Digitalization, Global Standardization and Improved Reporting

Archroma, a global specialty dyes and chemicals company with 30 manufacturing sites and over 4,000 employees, faced inconsistent, manual health and safety processes—relying on Excel, Word and decentralized reporting—which made tracking, analyzing and preventing incidents difficult. To centralize and standardize reporting across regions, Archroma selected Pro-Sapien and its SharePoint-based EHS Management software.

Pro-Sapien implemented a centralized incident, action and observation management platform (multi-language, Microsoft 365-integrated) that improved data quality, transparency and user adoption. As a result, Archroma achieved consistent global reporting, scalable integration after an acquisition, and a reportable incident rate below 0.2 (about five reportable injuries in the last 12 months), and plans to expand Pro-Sapien usage to additional modules like MOC and Permit to Work.
