The Escape Game, the #1 escape room company in the US, needed a fast, flexible way to engage site visitors across multiple locations, capture emails, and drive bookings and gift-card sales without constant website development. To solve this they turned to Privy, using Privy pop-ups (including a “VIP” email capture and location-specific displays) plus integrations with Shopify and Emma to deliver targeted, location-aware messages and streamline email capture.

Using Privy’s targeted pop-ups, fly-outs and Spin-to-Win displays—with campaigns scoped by URL to serve location-specific promotions and phone-call buttons—The Escape Game drove strong measurable results: bulk gift-card promotions generated about 100 store visits per day, Spin-to-Win conversions ran 75–95%, and email signups ranged 13–25%.
