UNICAP adopts Privacy Tools solutions for LGPD compliance and optimizes its relationship with data subjects

UNICAP, the Catholic University of Pernambuco, faced the challenge of complying with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), which required a significant reorganization of its internal processes for managing the personal data of its large student body. This provided a single environment for managing personal data, bringing UNICAP into compliance, and resulting in more efficient, transparent, and credible data management. The Privacy Tools platform, available in Portuguese, also helped foster a cultural shift towards data protection within the university.
