CoolSafety is a Netherlands-based online retailer of protective equipment (gloves, helmets, masks) operating a meta-store with multiple subdomains, about 150,000 monthly visitors and an average basket of €85. Their challenge was manually tracking competitor prices—only about 25 products were monitored sporadically—so they implemented Prisync’s competitor price-tracking/price-comparison tool to automate and scale this work.

Prisync delivered an easy-to-use, automated price tracking solution that lets CoolSafety monitor unlimited competitors; after implementation they now track over 500 products on nearly 500 websites and check price changes daily. Using Prisync’s data they reduced one product’s price by €15 and saw an additional €2,500 in turnover for that product in one month, improved reaction times to market changes, and are using Prisync to research pricing in new markets.
