AdvanStaff HR Improves Efficiency and Client User Experience with PrismHR Platform

AdvanStaff HR, a Las Vegas–based professional employer organization (PEO) serving small and medium businesses, needed a modern, secure and mobile-friendly platform to deliver payroll, benefits and HR services. To gain an updated user interface, role-based security and a responsive, browser-based client experience, AdvanStaff migrated to the next-generation PrismHR Cloud in summer 2015 as one of the platform’s earliest customers.

Working with PrismHR professional services, AdvanStaff completed setup, migration and training in just a few days and began moving clients to the new platform. The result was a faster, more intuitive system with granular access controls, customizable branded interfaces and productivity features like search and “my favorites,” improving internal efficiency and client user experience—so much so that AdvanStaff now directs all new customers to PrismHR Cloud.
