Prismfly was engaged by Miku, a health and wellness technology brand, to address significant site speed challenges. Miku's Shopify theme was out-of-date and contained unnecessary code and unused app scripts, which was deteriorating user experience and shopper trust, leading to a potential drop in conversions.
