Case Study: Trutex achieves integrated inventory visibility, cost savings and faster order fulfilment with Priority Software

A Priority Software Case Study

Preview of the Trutex Case Study

Trutex gained visibility across all key areas of the business

Trutex, the UK’s largest independent school uniform brand, struggled with un-integrated systems that managed the same stock across wholesale, retail and online channels, causing overstocking, shortages and time-consuming manual processes for invoices, statements and order confirmations. To resolve this, Trutex implemented Priority Software’s Priority ERP and advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) via partner Medatech UK.

Priority Software delivered a fully integrated Priority ERP/WMS that automated order processing and communications, provided accurate product costing via a part-parameter matrix, and gave end-to-end supply chain visibility. As a result Trutex now issues order confirmations within 30 minutes, can dispatch orders in as little as one hour, reduced inventory and stock movements, improved customer satisfaction and achieved measurable savings (around £15,000 in 2009) while enabling better purchasing and profitability planning.
