Fore Biotherapeutics, an Israel-based biotechnology company, struggled with an outdated, manual finance system that required Excel-based journal entry for multi-company budget tracking, omitted Purchase Orders from budget usage, and forced time-consuming, error-prone banking workflows. Priority Software’s solution automated multi-company budget consolidation (including POs in Budget Usage), enabled consolidated plan-vs-actual reports at the press of a button, and allowed bank transfers and transaction imports directly from Priority to the bank. The implementation eliminated manual Excel processes, reduced errors, and saved Fore Biotherapeutics many hours each month while streamlining their banking and financial reporting.
