Polytex Technologies, a manufacturer of automated workwear management solutions, faced fragmented processes and poor connectivity with its German subsidiary, plus inventory visibility problems and high costs and missed deadlines from an external accounting system. To address these issues they invested in the Priority system (Priority Software ERP) to unify operations and improve inventory management, transparency and cross-border data flows.

CFO Uzi Naim selected and implemented Priority Software’s system, creating a fully localized German entity within Priority to enable real-time data sharing and consolidate all functions into one platform. The Priority Software implementation improved inventory and logistics processes, simplified budget control, gave the entire organization accurate, accessible information, and delivered increased efficiency, time savings and reduced costs across Polytex.
