Saar Ltd., the exclusive local distributor of Columbia Sportswear in Israel, needed a unified retail and wholesale system to support rapid expansion and deliver an omni-channel shopping experience. Their challenge was to consolidate logistics, finance, inventory and loyalty operations with minimal disruption, so they selected Priority Software to deploy a fast, comprehensive solution — including Priority’s Retail Management Suite (RMS) and Priority OneCore headless commerce capabilities.

Priority Software implemented RMS across the Columbia chain (fixed and mobile POS, Sales View dashboard, head office suite, Matrix Fashion Management and a rental module), and integrated e-commerce via Priority OneCore. As a result, Saar Ltd./Columbia expanded from ~10 to 50+ stores with 60+ POS stations and two eCommerce sites, optimized inventory and sales operations, reduced in-store queues with mobile POS, and achieved higher sales and customer satisfaction.
