Case Study: ATG Access achieves unified ERP, improved production efficiency and reduced inventory costs with Priority Software

A Priority Software Case Study

Preview of the ATG Access Case Study

Priority ERP helped ATG Access achieve greater production efficiency

ATG Access, a UK market-leading automatic bollard manufacturer, faced fragmented systems and weak manufacturing controls that limited growth: multiple accounting and CRM databases, manual transactional entry, poor work-order and subcontractor management, and disconnected project and inventory processes. To address this, ATG Access implemented Priority Software’s ERP—specifically the full standard manufacturing suite plus Project Management and Customer Service modules—delivered and supported by partner Medatech UK.

Priority Software implemented a single unified database integrating manufacturing, finance, projects and service operations, enabling batch production, centralized customer records, and automated transactional posting. The result was greater production efficiency, reduced inventory costs, improved customer service and visible project cost/revenue management, with KPIs now drawn directly from the Priority database to drive continuous improvement.
