How TeamSnap used swag to increase signups among team sports leaders

TeamSnap, a platform for organizers of recreational and competitive sports teams, needed to boost signups by amplifying positive word-of-mouth among coaches, parents, and players and to harness employee enthusiasm through onboarding swag. To do this they partnered with Printfection, leveraging Printfection’s giveaway, social giveaway, and bulk order solutions to get branded gear into the hands of customers and new employees.

Printfection ran contests, social giveaways and random customer perks using one-time-use gift codes and dedicated redemption links, and handled fulfillment (including international shipping) and end-customer support. The campaigns increased TeamSnap signups, strengthened grassroots word-of-mouth and brand mind-share among sports communities, delivered strong marketing ROI, and have continued successfully through an ongoing relationship with Printfection since 2013.
