Sundt Construction, a national leader in heavy civil construction ranked among the largest U.S. firms, was struggling to deploy, manage, and support printers across 51 sites and numerous temporary job offices. The dispersed environment produced frequent printer-related help desk calls and left IT without clear visibility into remote printer capabilities or a simple way to enforce print policies.

By deploying PrinterLogic’s web-based management and self-service installation portal, Sundt eliminated print servers and centrally managed 132 printers across 51 locations and 640 endpoints. The self-service portal virtually eliminated printer support calls, gave IT full visibility and reporting, enabled policy enforcement (e.g., B&W settings), simplified driver and deployment changes, and delivered clear time and cost savings.
