Navicent Health is a multi-facility nonprofit healthcare system overseeing roughly 1,000 beds across 30+ locations. The IT team struggled to deliver reliable printing in a VMware VDI environment running Cerner EMR: printers had to be embedded in multiple virtual pools, group policy and rights management were brittle, and admins spent hours daily on remote support and onsite troubleshooting.
