Hrvatska pošta, Croatia’s national postal operator with about 10,000 employees and more than 1,000 post offices, faced a complex print-management problem as it prepared a Citrix-based Private Cloud. Managing roughly 1,900 diverse printers across the mainland and offshore islands—many with limited WAN connectivity—was hampered by a patchwork of print tools, unreliable group-policy–based deployments in a VDI environment, and hidden driver conflicts that slowed printing and broke profiles.

PrinterLogic was deployed across the organization in under 48 hours, providing a single centralized console, direct‑IP printing to reduce WAN traffic, targeted deployments without group policy, and a consolidated driver repository. The result was accurate, automated printer deployments, elimination of driver-related issues, faster print performance, reduced administration time (printer installs now take under a minute), and improved auditing for consumables—enabling the Private Cloud initiative to succeed.
