Aquafin, a Belgian wastewater-infrastructure company with 100 offices and roughly 1,000 employees, needed to manage hundreds of distributed Novell IP printers across 100 locations without print servers, then migrate those printers to Microsoft Active Directory and ultimately eliminate print servers altogether while keeping centralized control and minimizing help‑desk overhead.

Aquafin deployed PrinterLogic to centrally provision and manage printers from a single console, enabling easy import of Novell printers, a seamless migration to Windows (with four interim print servers), and the final removal of print servers while retaining full functionality.
