Bay Area Youth Services (BAYS), a Florida nonprofit and one of the state’s largest Department of Juvenile Justice providers with 277 employees, faced growing pains from complex position control, lack of real-time Budget vs. Actual reporting, and manual HR, funding-tracking and compliance processes that made audits and workforce budgeting difficult. To solve these challenges, BAYS selected PrimePay and its PrimePay HCM platform for its position-based architecture and full-suite HCM capabilities.
