The Juice Box Increased productivity and enhanced customer service

The Juice Box, a high-end liquor store in Atlanta, Georgia, was looking for a way to become more operationally efficient and improve customer service. After testing Pricer’s Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs), the store chose Pricer’s system to replace paper labels and support faster, more accurate pricing.

Pricer implemented about 8,000 ESLs across the 10,000-square-foot store, using different label types for aisles, endcaps, and high-ticket items. The result was quicker price updates, clearer and more consistent pricing, improved productivity, and better customer service, with an estimated ROI of 12–18 months.
