PLUS Takes The ESL Platform To The Next Level With Pricer Plaza

PLUS Retail, the Dutch grocery cooperative with about 265 supermarkets, wanted to modernize in-store operations and reduce the hassle and errors of paper price tags. Working with Pricer, PLUS aimed to automate pricing and support new use cases such as Click & Collect, replenishment, inventory, and stock messaging across its stores.

Pricer implemented a full rollout of its platform using Pricer Plaza SaaS and SmartTAG Power electronic shelf labels, along with complete installation and integration services. The solution was integrated with PLUS apps and store systems, and the rollout began after a successful POC and pilot. The result was faster price and process management, better customer communication, and major efficiency gains: one store owner reported Click & Collect orders growing from 80 to more than 350 per week, saving significant time and improving competitiveness.
