PriceLabs provided automated, customizable dynamic pricing and min-stay controls (including last-minute 1-night options and configurable future minimums) distributed via BookingSync, allowing Air Rental to optimize each listing day-by-day. As a result, Air Rental achieved over 90% occupancy, increased profitability by more than 15%, saved over four hours per week on pricing work, and captured higher seasonal revenue (notably for a six-room hostel), enabling scalable growth across 170+ listings.
