Sheetz, a convenience store chain operating 360 locations across the mid-Atlantic, wanted to cut expenses while improving customer service and reducing the time store managers spent on manual fuel pricing and price-sign updates. To address these challenges, Sheetz turned to PriceAdvantage software to streamline and automate pricing operations.

With PriceAdvantage, Sheetz was able to remotely manage and reset electronic price signs, reduce pricing errors and service delays, and update fuel prices from headquarters or mobile devices. The results included an estimated $141,000 in annual maintenance savings at 10 stores, a 49% drop in onsite service calls, and an expected additional $460,000 in annual savings from integrations, while giving store managers about 50 more hours per year to spend with customers.
