How Price2Spy helped VidaXL monitor pricing insights and improve marketplace assortment

VidaXL, an international online retailer headquartered in the Netherlands with 31 local webshops, needed to better monitor pricing insights and improve its Marketplace assortment across multiple countries. After a six-month pilot with another provider, VidaXL turned to Price2Spy for a more scalable price-monitoring solution because they needed stronger reporting and visualization, broader country coverage, and a way to process pricing for hundreds of thousands of SKUs without heavy manual restructuring.

Price2Spy implemented its price-monitoring platform with store integration, custom reporting and dashboarding (including the Report Wizard), dynamic price checks, export/batch-testing and hands-on account support. As a result, VidaXL now monitors pricing for over 700,000 in‑stock products across 10 countries, can batch-test assortments before onboarding sellers, classify sellers/products by price performance (underpriced/fairly priced/overpriced), and react faster with in-time price adjustments—supporting measurable marketplace growth and clearer decisions about portfolio expansion.
