Epson, the multinational printer manufacturer, faced growing competition and unauthorized reseller price erosion across many countries and product variants, making it hard to protect their brand and monitor performance per market. To address this, Epson engaged Price2Spy’s price-monitoring solution (using a premium account) to gain visibility across multiple markets, variants and country-specific teams.
Price2Spy implemented user management and country-split product tracking, with dashboards, saved/automated reports, RRP checks and Excel export to centralize live and historical pricing. The result is a single, filterable source of truth—enabling country managers to receive tailored reports, track competitors and pricing trends over time, and simplify annual reporting; the implementation began in December 2019 and continues to expand with Epson’s assortment.
