Football New South Wales relies on Priava’s cost-effective booking system to manage all events & hospitality

Football NSW, based at Valentine Sports Park in Greenwood, needed a new booking system after a major refurbishment to manage 15–20 events per day across multi-purpose sports fields and function spaces (up to 350 guests). Seeking a cost-effective, cloud-based solution to prevent double bookings, handle a high volume of repeat reservations and give external suppliers controlled access, Football NSW chose Priava’s cloud-based venue and event management system.

Priava implemented a cloud booking platform with an event dashboard, bulk-editing, a Notes tab and supplier logins, running since December 2013. The system eliminated double bookings, streamlined workflows for a small team handling mostly repeat events (bulk edit saves a couple of minutes per booking), and produced quick occupancy reports used for insurance and marketing intelligence. Priava also improved supplier coordination and staff handover, resulting in more efficient, organised event operations across the venue.
