Central Coast Council’s move to the cloud will save hundreds of hours every year for busy events team

Central Coast Council in Tasmania manages hundreds of community, council and private events each month across around 70 spaces (including the Ulverstone Civic Centre) and needed a more effective way to book and coordinate this large, diverse workload. The council moved from Events Perfect to Priava’s cloud-based venue and events management solution to gain better control, reporting and usability for its busy events team.

Priava’s cloud solution gave the council an intuitive, permission-controlled system with flexible booking times, a notes feature for handover, stronger asset tracking and enhanced reporting.
