Toyota Belgium (Toyota and Lexus brands in Belgium and Luxembourg), led in PR by spokesperson Koen Dekoning, faced the limits of traditional PR workflows—first postal and fax, then email—without visibility into who read their releases, difficulty handling bilingual communications, and reliance on English-only pan‑European sites. They needed a more modern way to share multimedia-rich stories, track engagement, and publish in local languages.

In summer 2013 they adopted Prezly, using social media press releases, centralized local media pages in French and Dutch, unlimited attachments and social integration, plus readership analytics. The result: more attractive, easily shareable releases, unanimously positive journalist feedback, higher pickup of stories (notably the multimedia "Art Is Motion" campaign), wider international reach, and reduced dependence on pan‑European sites.
