Harris Computer Systems, a SaaS provider for the public sector and schools, faced typical sales challenges: buyers are hard to convince, value is difficult to communicate, and sales teams compete against many providers. When Marcus Perez joined as EVP of Sales he prioritized shaking up traditional, text-heavy presentations to make content more memorable and persuasive.

Perez replaced long slide decks with a visual sales methodology built around Prezi’s zoomable canvas, consolidated messaging, and a mandatory three-day training for his team. The approach was rolled out across sales, training, R&D and support, and within two years Harris saw a 49.7% increase in sales—results Perez calls the “secret sauce” of their success.
