Alice Labs, founded by Elmer Bol and later acquired by Autodesk, developed a novel two-photo 3D scanning method but faced a critical challenge: making a single, memorable presentation at SPAR to capture industry attention and overcome low audience retention. With one chance to demonstrate the technology and its vision, they needed a clear, engaging way to tell their story onstage.

Using Prezi Business, the team built a motion- and space-driven presentation quickly and without advanced design skills, importing images and videos to showcase their work. The result was a standing ovation, interest from Autodesk, and an acquisition that led to the technology’s integration as ReCap into Autodesk’s product lineup.
