How Carl Ras digitalized their sales process with Prezentor

Carl Ras, a major Danish wholesale supplier of tools and fittings with 400 employees, faced significant inefficiencies due to its fully analogue sales process. Sellers used physical catalogs and manually wrote down orders, which then required calling the back office to check stock and place orders. This process was error-prone, time-consuming, and prevented sellers from answering complex customer questions on the spot, hindering the customer experience. To digitalize their sales by 2024, they partnered with vendor Prezentor and implemented their Prezentor Engage solution.

Prezentor implemented a dynamic presentation system on iPads, which provided a digital catalog, a standardized order input system, and a digital lexicon for regulations. This allowed sellers to check stock, place orders, and answer questions directly during customer meetings. The solution from Prezentor resulted in more precise order data, a significant increase in customer satisfaction, and reduced time spent on follow-ups, with sellers now able to close sales during the initial visit.
