Vertin, a large Midwest funeral and memorial services company with 700 employees, wanted to strengthen team connection, improve communication, and help managers better understand each employee’s strengths and work styles. To support those goals, Vertin partnered with Prevue HR and used Prevue Team Workshops as a structured way to bring teams together and build deeper understanding across locations.
Prevue HR delivered eight customized Team Workshops, including sessions with leadership and funeral home teams, led by an I/O psychologist and centered on personality insights and team dynamics. The result was more open and honest conversations, better anticipation of how people respond in different situations, and a stronger culture of learning and growth, with Prevue Team Types becoming part of everyday team conversations at Vertin.
